The “Portable Hydraulic & Telescopic Conveyor System” developed by CADSON Engineering & Services (Inventor: James Martin Adhikary) is an original, proprietary innovation.
Its mechanical structure, hydraulic lifting geometry, scissor mechanism, center-of-gravity calculations, pivot/bush design, and overall engineering architecture are:

✔ Invented

✔ Designed

✔ Developed

✔ Field-tested (Bera Ghat 2022, Shah Cement Pilot Unit 2024)

✔ And documented under CADSON Engineering & Services

CADSON has already initiated the official Patent Registration Process with all supporting technical proofs, documentation, drawings, and prior-art evidence.

🚫 Unauthorized Copying = Legal Offense

Any individual, engineer, workshop, fabrication house, contractor, supplier, or company attempting to:

• Copy this conveyor
• Rebuild any part of the design
• Reproduce the scissor-lift mechanism
• Duplicate the hydraulic geometry
• Use CADSON’s design to supply conveyors elsewhere
• Or assist others in imitation

…is hereby legally warned.

Such actions will be treated as:

❗ Patent Infringement

❗ Intellectual Property Theft

❗ Unfair Commercial Use

❗ Criminal Breach under the Patent and Designs Act

Upon verification of infringement, CADSON Engineering will initiate legal action without further notice.

Any factory, cement company, contractor, or internal engineer trying to produce a “cheaper copy” of CADSON’s conveyor—
even partially—
is directly violating IP law.

Field photos, CCTV footage, social media posts, and fabrication records will be treated as evidence.

CADSON always supports innovation and fair competition.
But copying a patented (or patent-pending) design is a punishable offense.
